Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Sales Leadership – Develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing sales team.
● Home Loan & LAP Sales Growth – Drive sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while seamlessly coordinating with banks and NBFCs for effi cient loan processing.
● Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to drive impactful sales initiatives and ensure alignment of sales strategies across different zones.
What You Need to Have:
● Experience in the Mortgage Industry – Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP.
● Sales Leadership – At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role, managing and motivating high-performing teams.
● Strong Leadership & Motivation Skills – Ability to lead and inspire a large, diverse sales team to drive results.
● Effective Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.
● Tech Proficiency – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Experience in the Mortgage Industry – Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP (Loan Against Property).
At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
DSA knowledge is must required.
Candidate should have prior experience in Field sales only in Home loans / LAP / Business Loans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.
Candidate should have experience in onboarding new clients.
