Job Title : Sales Officer - FMCG (Savouries Category - Snacks)
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to expand our footprint in the savouries segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Meet monthly sales targets through active selling to distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
Ensure consistent growth in revenue and product penetration.
Identify & Onboard New Customers
Regularly scout new areas and markets to add new Distributors, Wholesalers & Retailers to the network.
Build trust with potential customers to convert them into long-term buyers.
Customer relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and repeated orders.
Resolve customer issue promptly related to delivery, payment, product complaints/feedback, etc.
Order generation & Consistency
Ensure regular flow of orders from the assigned customer base.
Follow up consistently to avoid gaps in ordering and reduce churn.
Candidate requirements:
Experience : Min 4 years in FMCG sales, preferably in namkeen/savoury/snacks
Language : Fluency in local language - Telugu and basic English
Skills : Target-oriented, self-driven, strong communication skills
Preferred : Familiar with local market and Kirana network.
