SALES :

Create pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitor analysis.
Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and investors for villa sales.
Source and generate new leads through marketing campaigns, events, and networking
Qualify prospects, conduct follow-ups, and effectively convert leads into sales.
Lead negotiations with clients to close sales deals while ensuring profitability
Oversee the completion of all required documentation and contracts for property transactions.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.
MARKETTING:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive bookings and brand visibility
Manage online advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
Optimize the villa listings on key travel and booking platforms.
Collaborate on creative campaigns that showcase the unique features and experiences of the villas.
Manage PR and influencer partnerships to promote the villas

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or luxury goods.
Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
Strong understanding of the Goa market and tourism trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
