Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs

Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
