Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
· Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
· Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
· Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
