We are seeking a dynamic and goal oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive student admissions and contribute actively to the growth of our academy. You will work on both on-ground outreach and digital marketing activities, ensuring that Tesla Academy reaches more students and parents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Outreach
Create and implement marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
Distribute pamphlets and conduct marketing in nearby schools, societies, and tuition centers.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
Suggest and implement new ideas for student growth, brand awareness, and marketing channels.
Track competitors and market trends to improve offerings and visibility.
Digital and Social media marketing
Help in managing Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms of Tesla Academy.
Respond to enquiries received on social media and convert them into admissions.
Maintain admission reports, leads status and marketing activity logs.
Share weekly performance updates with the management.
Collect feedback from the parents/students to help improve offerings.
Skills And Attributes Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Marathi, English and Hindi preffered)
Confident and persuasive personality
Creative thinker with good marketing sense
Target oriented and self motivated
Knowledge of google sheets, Whatsapp Business, Instagram basics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (Marketing/Business background preferred but not mandatory)
0-2 years experience in sales, marketing or academic counselling.
Familiarity with the local area and schools is a bonus.
Pay Structure
Work Mode: Hybrid
Minimum Fixed pay: Rs 7000 to 9000
