We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the garment accessories and fabrics segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the apparel manufacturing and export industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote garment accessories (buttons, rivets, patches, tags, etc.) and fabrics (denim, trouser fabric, etc.)

• Identify and target apparel manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, and wholesalers

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations

• Generate leads through industry networking, referrals, and market research

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close profitable deals

• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and expand network

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles or garment accessories

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong market knowledge of garment manufacturing and export industry

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (textile background is a plus)
