Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Admissions to oversee and support our team of Admission Counselors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the team in handling student inquiries, ensuring a smooth admissions process, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Support:

1. Lead, mentor, and support a team of Admission Counselors to achieve enrollment goals.

2. Monitor daily activities, ensuring prompt follow-ups and high-quality engagement with prospective students.

3. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Track and analyze team performance metrics, including conversion rates and application status updates.

5. Collaborate with departments (marketing, finance, academics) to facilitate a smooth admission journey.

6. Ensure a positive and professional interaction with prospective students and their families.

7. Should have knowledge of colleges (PAN India) who provide UG Program (B.Tech, B.com, BBA etc.)
