Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales: o Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services. o Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. o Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately.
Project Management: o Manage 7 to 8 projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines are met. o Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project timelines. o Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Customer Engagement: o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. o Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. o Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins to nurture client relationships.
Data Management: o Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system. o Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement. o Prepare and present reports on lead generation and sales activities.
