We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or provide information.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Ability to learn about products and services quickly.
Basic computer knowledge.
Patience and ability to handle customer pressure.
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or telesales is a plus.
12th Pass or Graduate.
