Job Title: Tele caller
Job Description:
As a Tele caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of generating leads, setting appointments, or selling products or services over the phone. You will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
1. Conduct outbound calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers or clients from provided lists, databases, or leads. Introduce yourself, the company, and the purpose of the call in a professional and engaging manner.
2. Generate leads and qualify prospects: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering relevant information, assessing their needs, and determining their interest in the product or service being offered. Update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
3. Present product or service offerings: Clearly and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services to potential customers. Address any questions or concerns they may have and overcome objections.
4. Schedule appointments or sales meetings: Set appointments or sales meetings for the sales team with interested and qualified prospects. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and handover of leads.
5. Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, including quotas for lead generation, appointments set, or product sales. Strive to achieve and maintain high conversion rates from leads to sales.
6. Maintain customer database: Update and maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the system. Ensure all data is recorded and managed in compliance with data protection regulations.
7. Provide excellent customer service: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information.
8. Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, provide feedback on customer interactions, and contribute to improving the sales process. Share insights and market feedback to enhance sales strategies.
9. Stay updated with product knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of the company's products or services, pricing, promotions, and competition. Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to better address customer inquiries.
10. Follow company policies and guidelines: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and telemarketing regulations. Ensure compliance with any legal and ethical standards related to tele calling and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent. Additional education or relevant certifications may be preferred.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Persuasive and convincing ability to engage potential customers and overcome objections.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM systems or other tele calling software.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using standard office software.
