Relationship Executive is responsible for generating revenue for the retail outlet by handling inbound and outbound calls and walk-ins and also ensuring proper upkeep of the retail outlet
To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone and face to face closures to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively
Responsible to build excellent customer relationship
Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements
Ensure customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services
Responsible for the upkeep of the retail
Handling sales cash as per process and generating Pay in slips on receipt of payments and uploading the challan on the retail interface to support reconciliations
Ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet and keeping it operational during functional hours
Striving to achieve set revenue targets
Ensure profile completeness of registered customers
Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements.
· Pleasing personality, excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, listening skills and service orientation
· Ability to understand the client requirements and sell the best suited package to them
· Adept in MS Office and basic computer knowledge & basic mathematic calculations
Graduate With 1 year experience in Retail Sales/Customer Service/Direct Sales/B2C Sales etc.
Must be speak Odia and Graduate.
