Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with making outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and following up on leads. Additionally, the candidate must possess the ability to write clear, professional emails for customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Handle incoming customer calls and address queries.
Follow up on leads and provide information about products and services.
Maintain customer database and record all interactions.
Write professional emails to customers, providing information, addressing concerns, or following up on inquiries.
Meet or exceed call and sales targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective responses.
Key Skills & Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
Proficient in writing professional emails.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and questions confidently.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a target-driven environment is a plus.
