• Provide feedback to the team and management regarding customer interactions and suggestions for improvement.

• Stay updated on product/service details and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th pass or more.

• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi, Marathi and english.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Patience, resilience, and a customer-centric approach.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
