Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce exhibition stall design services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Understand client requirements and provide basic details about our services.
Schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred in the exhibition or event industry).
Strong verbal communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
Ability to handle client objections and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
