Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our educational and legal services, generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers using a prepared sales script to sell services (Spoken English courses, Skill Development programs, or Legal Assistance services).
Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients clearly and convincingly.
Handle outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in CRM tools.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Address customer questions and resolve any service-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings and promotions.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong sales acumen and ability to handle rejections positively.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass.
6 months to 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience preferred /Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Salary:
Rs. 13,000 – 15,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives
