We are seeking a Female Telecaller for a target-based sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our products and services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain the company's products and services effectively.
Generate sales leads and meet sales targets.
Maintain a database of customers and follow up on inquiries.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Only female candidates preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Fluency in English/Hindi/Bengali
