Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead, mentor, and train a team of telecallers to improve performance.
✅ Develop and implement call scripts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
✅ Monitor team performance, track daily calls, and provide feedback.
✅ Ensure quality conversations and maintain excellent customer relationships.
✅ Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and sales.
✅ Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
✅ Maintain call records, CRM updates, and reporting for management.
✅ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for better lead nurturing.

Requirements:

🔹 2+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
🔹 Proven experience in leading a team and meeting targets.
🔹 Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Proficiency in CRM tools and call tracking software.
🔹 Ability to train and motivate the team to deliver high performance.
🔹 Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages) are a plus.
