Lead and manage the team to achieve performance targets in a professional and efficient manner
Address team members' concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Maintain accurate records of team members and conduct regular follow-ups as needed
Provide guidance and accurate information to assist team members in resolving their challenges
Collaborate with other teams to manage and resolve complex issues
Ensure the team meets or exceeds performance and quality benchmarks
Job Requirements – Team Leader Profile
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to grow into a Team Leader role. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
Previous life insurance experience is preferred
Ability to effectively address customer queries and complaints
Capable of escalating complex issues appropriately
Comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift
