Identifying upcoming projects, New Buildings, companies.
Fixing and conducting VC calls with the support of marketing team & continued follow up to genarate prospects.
Maintaining good relation with architects, builders security & marketing team to get market informations.
Providing presentation to minimum 5 companies per day for brand building and lead genaration.
Generate Leads with minimum 10 cold calls in the market with a clear coverage plan. Creating Appointments from prospective clients for seniors.
Follow Up with clients, Architect, and Developers to convert leads into prospects into orders.
Identifying the decision making autority in each client location for sure convertion.
Daily Market Call Report / Weekly summary Payment follow ups & supports to entire team to build more business in the Region.
Must ensure Targets are achieved without any deviation.
