We are seeking a Telesales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, telesales, or outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by generating business opportunities.
✅ Lead Generation & Cold Calling
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and prospect engagement.
✅ Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups
Engage and interact with prospects effectively to generate interest.
Maintain structured follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into potential clients.
Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
✅ Database Management & CRM
Update and manage lead records in the CRM system.
Track interactions, call outcomes, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and further nurturing.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field (preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
✔ Experience: 6 months to 2 year in tele sales, lead generation, or outbound calling.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with a persuasive approach.
✔ Tech Savvy: Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for follow-ups.
✔ Target-Oriented: Ability to meet lead generation goals in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
