Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status, client interactions, and follow-up schedules.
Understand project details thoroughly to confidently communicate features, amenities, pricing, and other relevant information.
Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent pre-sales support and guidance.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign performance and lead generation feedback.
