Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
· Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
· Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered.
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Follow up on leads generated from various campaigns and marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall sales process.
Requirements
· Proven experience in tele sales or n BPO role.
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
