Job Summary - The Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by making outbound calls and regular follow-up to all potential clients generated through various means like Indiamart, Exhibition Leads, and Google Data etc. She needs to ensure leads are being called and followed regularly. She needs to co-ordinate with the Field Sales Team and ensure that team is visiting clients, conducting demos and doing regular follow-up on interested clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential clients in various sectors like Indiamart, Exhibition Leads, and Google Data etc.To promote and sell printing services and products.
2. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding client needs and recommending suitable printing solutions.
3. Sales Conversion: Close sales by overcoming objections and following up with leads, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
5. Quote Preparation: Provide pricing, product details, and timelines to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
6. CRM Management: Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
7. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management, ensuring consistent performance.
