As an International Travel Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the sales of bespoke holiday packages to global destinations. Your ability to understand customer needs, recommend tailor-made solutions, and negotiate effectively will help our clients book their dream vacations. You will also foster lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Sales & Consultations:
Actively sell international holiday packages by providing expert advice on various destinations, travel options, and itineraries.
Customize travel packages to suit individual customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
Assist clients in choosing destinations, flights, accommodations, and activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up services.
Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Manage and nurture leads, converting prospects into loyal customers.
Negotiation & Communication:
Negotiate favorable rates and deals with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Collaborate with the operations team to finalize bookings and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Communicate clearly with clients, guiding them through the booking process, and ensuring their expectations are met.
Market Knowledge & Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends and popular international destinations in the travel industry.
Provide clients with relevant information regarding visas, local customs, travel restrictions, and weather conditions for each destination.
Maintain a database of preferred suppliers, special offers, and travel promotions.
Administrative Support:
Manage travel bookings, reservations, and payments in an organized and timely manner.
Ensure that all necessary documentation, including itineraries, tickets, and vouchers, is provided to the clients before departure.
Proven experience in sales or customer service within the travel industry (preferred).
Strong knowledge of international destinations, cultures, and travel logistics.
