Manage and deploy security guards and housekeeping staff across assigned client sites.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff performance, discipline, and attendance.
Handle client coordination for manpower requirements, grievances, and service quality issues.
Maintain and update manpower deployment records daily.
Ensure timely recruitment, joining, and replacement of guards and housekeeping staff as per site requirements.
Provide basic training to newly joined staff on site duties, grooming, and behavior standards.
Ensure all legal compliance such as ESI, PF, and ID verifications are completed.
Assist in conducting surprise checks and night rounds at sites if required.
Coordinate with the HR and Operations team for smooth functioning and reporting.
