Supervision and Management:
Supervise and direct the activities of security personnel, including security guards and desk clerks.
Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and development.
Ensure that security personnel are following established procedures and protocols.
Security Operations:
Oversee and coordinate security operations, including patrolling, monitoring, and access control.
Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly to security breaches or incidents.
Implement and maintain security procedures and protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security policies.
Incident Response:
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of people and property.
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, activities, and observations.
Prepare and submit security reports and documentation as required.
Other Duties:
May be responsible for inventory control, access control, and other security-related tasks.
May be involved in developing and implementing security plans and procedures.
May be required to assist with investigations and other security-related tasks.
