Job Summary:

Vishwajyot High School is looking for a passionate and committed Middle School English Teacher to teach students from Grade 5 to 7 under the ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in English literature and language, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons as per ICSE standards.

• Teach grammar, reading comprehension, writing, poetry, and prose.

• Use interactive and creative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

• Foster a classroom culture that promotes curiosity, respect, and a love for literature.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or related field (Mandatory)

• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Compulsory

• 2 to 4 years of relevant teaching experience at the middle school level

• Strong command over spoken and written English

• Familiarity with ICSE curriculum and assessment methods

• Experience with educational tools like Google Classroom, MS Teams, or Smart Boards is a plus

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
