Job Title: PTE & IELTS Tutor

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced PTE & IELTS Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality test preparation courses, guiding students effectively, and ensuring their success in PTE and IELTS examinations. Key Responsibilities:

PTE & IELTS Instruction:

• Conduct engaging and effective classes for PTE and IELTS preparation, focusing on all test sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with test requirements and best teaching practices.

Test Strategies & Techniques:

• Teach students effective strategies to excel in all test sections.

• Provide practical time management tips and methods to improve overall test performance.

Student Assessment & Feedback:

• Prepare, set, and evaluate tests, exercises, and practice assignments.

• Conduct mock tests and assessments to gauge student progress.

• Offer personalized coaching to address specific weaknesses and learning challenges.

• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.

Academic Support & Administration:

• Maintain student attendance records and performance data.

• Organize and conduct doubt-solving sessions on a weekly basis.

• Ensure regular measurement of student performance and implement necessary improvements.

• Take timely corrective actions to resolve student challenges and ensure minimal drop-out rates.

Resource Development & Continuous Learning:

• Develop and update course materials, including practice tests, exercises, and study guides.

• Stay updated with the latest PTE & IELTS test formats and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.

• Conduct seminars or workshops related to PTE & IELTS coaching as required.

Collaboration & Student Guidance:

• Work closely with the Branch Manager to plan and develop an intensive syllabus for PTE & IELTS preparation.

• Provide guidance on test registration, policies, and related inquiries.

• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their target scores.

• Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the quality of the coaching program.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in teaching PTE & IELTS with a strong track record of student success.

• Excellent command of the English language and strong understanding of test formats.

• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA.

• Prior experience in coaching students for international language proficiency tests.
