Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Addressable Fire Alarm Control panel, with 24V sealed battery back up for 24 hours normal operation and 15 minutes alarm operation. The control panel (operable on 240V AC), automatic battery charger etc, shall be UL Listed & FM approved. The panel shall also have 640 character display and shall be with 16 loop capacity (based on the proposed Make) so as to be equipped with atleast 10% spare capacity in each loop. The panel shall be complete with Fire / Fault Relays, Auxiliary Programmable relays on board and shall be compatible to be integrated with tenant side panel & panel should BMS compatible to Modubus or Bacnet, Panel location shall be at FCC room in Ground floor level. The panel shall also have Ethernet port (so as to connect FACP to BMS). Vendor shall consider the necessary power supply units as per the system requirements. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall recess/surface mounting microprocessor based Active & Networkable Annunciator Repeater Panel which provides the same display as the main display on the fire alarm control panel with minimum 80 character, graphical back-lit LCD display. The panel shall have function keys for programming and control like system reset, alarm acknowldge , alarm silence, Trouble acknowledge etc. The Repeater Panel shall include the cost of all mounting accessories, connectors etc. and shall be as per specifications and complete as required. The Repeater panel and field devices shall be UL listed and FM approved.
