Job Title: ITI Motor Mechanic
Location: Pan India
Job Type: Full-Time
Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of Machines, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
Inspect motor vehicles to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Replace or repair defective parts such as spark plug, carburetors, belts, filters, batteries, and engine components.
Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble engines and other mechanical systems as required.
Test and inspect repaired machines to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections, including parts used and labor hours.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe working environment at all times.
Perform preventive maintenance and recommend necessary repairs to avoid future breakdowns or accidents.
Stay updated on the latest developments in machines, tools, and technologies.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, sensors, and electronic controls.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs.
ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Motor Mechanic or a related field.
Proven experience as a machine mechanic or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of engine systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and equipment used in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to mechanical work.
Experience with modern vehicle diagnostic equipment and computer systems.
Familiarity with vehicle repair software for record-keeping and service management.
Ability to work on a variety of vehicles, including light-duty and heavy-duty trucks.
Knowledge of environmental and regulatory standards related to automotive repair.
