Visit customer sites for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of products/equipment
Provide technical support and service to clients in the field
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upgrades
Maintain detailed records of services provided and issues resolved
Ensure proper maintenance of tools, devices, and technical documentation
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Support)
Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior technical staff
