Job Description: The MST is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical, and plumbing systems in facility or infrastructure. They play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and efficiency of various systems to meet the operational needs and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and equipment / data ports punching & testing.
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs on MEP systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in MST systems, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to identify the root cause and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with other trades and technicians to ensure proper integration and functionality of MEP systems within the overall building infrastructure.
Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately install and connect MEP systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories.
Respond promptly to emergency situations or service requests, and address them in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in MEP systems to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
• Diploma/graduate [MST / Electrician license from local municipal / government organization] Experience – 2 to 4 years
• Required candidates form Real estate, Facility Management & Hospitality background would be preferred.
