Responsibilities

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues to ensure optimal operation.

·         Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery.

·         Assist clients with technical support inquiries and resolve their concerns efficiently.

·         Document all service activities, including maintenance and repair history.

·         Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical knowledge and support during the sales process.

·         Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of machinery to ensure longevity and efficiency.

·         Develop and implement service plans to improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, ITI, Diploma or a related field.

·         Proven experience in machinery maintenance and repair, preferably in a service role.

·         Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to technical issues.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate client interactions.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to machinery.

·         Willingness to travel to client sites as required to provide service and support.
