Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain SteamPRO’s steam systems at customer locations.

• Ensure all installations are done accurately and efficiently, providing a seamless customer experience.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to steam systems on-site.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure the system is operating optimally.

• Communicate with customers regarding product usage, maintenance, and technical support.

• Responsible for managing the field service schedule and ensuring timely visits.

• Maintain proper documentation for all service and installation activities.

• Uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.

• Ensure company equipment and resources are well-maintained.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical field or as a field executive.

• Trustworthy, responsible, and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment.

• Ability to handle technical troubleshooting and basic installations.

• Should have a bike and be willing to travel within assigned areas.

• Good communication skills for interacting with customers.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems is a plus.
