1. Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Car Technician with knowledge of clutches, engines, and suspension systems to join our automotive service team.

The Junior Car Technician will assist senior technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle systems, with a focus on clutch, engine, and suspension components.

This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities for growth in the automotive repair and maintenance industry.

2. Key Responsibilities
Perform basic and intermediate repair tasks related to clutch, engine, and suspension systems under the supervision of senior technicians.
Conduct vehicle diagnostics to identify faults in clutch, engine, and suspension components.
Support the removal, repair, and replacement of clutch systems, suspension components, and engine parts.
Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and general vehicle inspections.
Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and repair tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and service bays.
Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Document work performed and communicate any issues or recommendations to senior technicians or supervisors.
3. Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an entry-level or junior technician in a car service environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of clutch systems, engine mechanics, and suspension components.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and repair tools.
