We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly individual to join our team at Funplex Game Zone in Paras Pearls Mall, Agra. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming and entertainment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with game selections and activities.

• Ensure the smooth operation of arcade machines, VR games, and other attractions.

• Provide instructions on how to use gaming equipment and assist customers when needed.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

• Operate cash register, handle payments, and issue tickets/prizes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.

• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines.

• Support event planning and assist in organizing birthday parties and special activities.

• Conduct regular checks on gaming machines and report any malfunctions to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a customer service or entertainment role is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of gaming and arcade operations preferred.
