Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations with a strong focus on accurate refraction.

• Assist in optical dispensing, including lens selection, frame fitting, and counselling patients on lens types.

• Collaborate with consultants for patient care and coordinate pre-/post-operative counselling as required.

• Ensure high-quality patient interactions, educating patients with empathy and clarity.

• Maintain patient records with clarity and completeness.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, participate in ongoing training, and adapt to workflow needs.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry (recognized institution).

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience, with a strong foundation in refraction and optical sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient-friendly and team-oriented.

• Adaptable mindset with eagerness to grow within the role.
