This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 in a supportive and dynamic setting. Job Requirements: The candidate should bring 1-2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, Marathi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
