The Front Desk Admission Counselor serves as the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing accurate information about admission processes, guiding students through enrollment procedures, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Provide detailed and accurate information regarding courses, programs, admission criteria, and fee structures.
Handle telephone and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments for counseling sessions, interviews,
Maintain updated records of student inquiries, follow-ups for admissions.
Handle basic administrative duties such as printing forms, managing student files, and data entry.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Administration, Education, or related field).
Proven experience in a front office, counseling, or customer service role (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
