Admission Counsellor Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 1–3 years preferred Job Type: Full-time Date of Posting: 02-05Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our academic institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to work with both inbound leads and outbound calls.Key Responsibilities:Counselling & Student Interaction:Guide students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure.Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (offline and online).Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and follow up regularly.Lead Management & Outreach:Handle admission inquiries from various channels and convert leads into admissions.Make outbound calls to potential applicants and maintain CRM records.Participate in marketing and outreach activities such as education fairs, webinars, school visits, etc.Documentation & Coordination:Assist in the completion of application and enrollment formalities.Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful conversions.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and orientation of new students.
