We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth through new client acquisition, market expansion, and partnership building. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, strategic thinking, and relationship management.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to build a loyal customer base.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions based on our services/products portfolio.
Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to present business proposals and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align lead-generation and business growth strategies.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting using CRM tools.
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements while maximizing profitability.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding market trends and client expectations.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
1+years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to establish trust and build long-term client relationships.
High proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and online research tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in IT Company.
Strong sales negotiation skills and ability to confidently close deals.
Excellent convincing skills with the ability to handle client objections professionally.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, SaaS products, and emerging technology trends.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term business relationships.
Strong adaptability to evolving market conditions, client expectations, and business priorities.
