Business Development: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, business objectives, and industry dynamics. Actively pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.

Profile Mapping & Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. Map candidates to client requirements, ensuring an optimal fit for both parties.

Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process—from crafting job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to conducting interviews. Data Analytics: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness, making data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies.

Client Relations: Deliver outstanding client service by providing insights and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and needs.

Required Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 1 +years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong emphasis on business development within the HR sector.

 Excellent communication in English, Good in Kannada and interpersonal skills.

 Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions.

 Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
