Designation: Executive-Telesales
Location: Bangalore & Chennai
Desired Experience: 3 + years in Telesales.
The incumbent will be responsible for
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling subscription-
based services.
Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of subscription offerings in industries like BFSI,
Ed-Tech, Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of the subscriptions and address customer queries effectively.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing and promotions.
Facilitate the payment collection process through effective communication and relationship-building
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Continuously strive for improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-6 years of direct telesales experience, Strong understanding of industries such as BFSI, Ed-Tech,
Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.
Proven experience in telesales with a focus on subscription sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
The ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with
proficiency in relevant languages (English & Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali)
based on regional requirements
Self-driven and highly motivated
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively
Minimum qualification of 12th grade; candidates with any graduate or postgraduate degree are also
encouraged to apply.
