Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, and closing deals related to cloud kitchen openings. This is a field-oriented role involving client visits, presentations, and deal finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for cloud kitchen setup services.

• Schedule and conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings.

• Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover post-deal closure.

• Maintain records of interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting tools.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any field.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (F&B or consulting background preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with field work and frequent client meetings.

• Strong understanding or interest in the cloud kitchen industry is a plus.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a proactive team player.
