Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDM to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT products and E-commerce services, with the ability to drive new business and build lasting customer relationships. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their IT and e-commerce needs, and providing them with tailored technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for IT products and services.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships.

  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and provide customized IT solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Presentations & Demos: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients to close deals.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest IT trends, products, and competitor offerings to better position the company’s solutions in the market.

  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and progress against targets. Provide regular reports to management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to understand client requirements and propose the best solutions.

  • Post-Sales Support: Ensure a smooth transition for clients after the sale, including training and onboarding, where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in IT sales or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IT products, software, and services.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and negotiate with clients effectively.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry and an understanding of the solutions being offered.

  • Sales Tools: Experience with CRM systems.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Self-motivated: Strong ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
