Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Sales Executive to manage and grow our network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, relationship-oriented, and hands-on with channel development. This role requires regular engagement, performance tracking, and business support for all partners under the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory.

2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through partner-led growth.

3. Conduct regular field visits or virtual meetings with partners to ensure business development and relationship management.

4. Train and support channel partners on products, pricing, promotions, and business policies.

5. Track sales performance and ensure timely collection of payments from partners.

6. Address any operational issues faced by partners and provide timely resolutions.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, marketing) for smooth partner operations.

8. Maintain proper documentation and updates in CRM tools and sales reports.

9. Monitor competitor activities and share market insights to improve channel strategy.

10. Drive engagement through partner meets, incentive schemes, and communication programs.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management.

2. Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent in sales negotiation, partner retention, and after-sales follow-up.

4.  Experience working with dealers, distributors, or franchise partners preferred.

5. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

6. Language: English + Hindi/Telugu (Preferred for South region handling).

7. Willingness to travel if required for field visits and partner management.

8. Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred.

9. Age: Below 35 | Gender: Open (Male Preferred)
