Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller cum Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling potential clients/students/customers, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on incoming inquiries.

• Provide detailed information about our products/services/courses over phone.

• Understand the customer’s needs and guide them with appropriate solutions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and conversions.

• Handle walk-ins (if applicable) and support during events/webinars/seminars.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Mararthi].

• Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.

• Prior experience in telesales/counseling/education sector will be preferred.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
