Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Customer Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the best solutions.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Maintain customer data and call records in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Address customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
Requirements:
6 months – 2 years of experience in telesales, call center, or customer support.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be a plus).
