Job Summary:

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma, graduation or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with customer support software, and basic office tools (MS Office, Excel ).
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
